In recent years, a strange pattern has emerged in American politics. Leaders on the Left, particularly those in the Democratic Party, have become increasingly vocal about defending the rights and interests of nearly every nation on Earth—except their own.
They stood with Ukraine, sending hundreds of billions of dollars overseas while American veterans sleep in tents.
They stood with Palestine, marching in protests while ignoring the victims of illegal immigration at our own southern border.
They stood with Mexico, decrying border security as “racist,” even as fentanyl flows across that same border, killing tens of thousands of Americans each year.
And now, shockingly, some even stand with Iran—a regime that openly chants “Death to America.”

At what point do they stand with America?
What about standing with working-class families being crushed by inflation?
Or police officers ambushed in the streets?
Or parents who just want safe schools, affordable groceries, and a secure neighborhood?
The modern Left seems more comfortable defending global narratives than protecting American lives. They label patriotic Americans as “extreme,” yet celebrate foreign causes with religious fervor. It’s not just misguided—it’s insulting.
No one is saying we shouldn’t care about global issues. But charity, as the old saying goes, begins at home. And the first duty of any elected official is to serve their own people. If you can raise your voice for Gaza, but stay silent on fentanyl deaths in Ohio—you’re not a humanitarian, you’re a political opportunist.
The American flag should not be an afterthought in the land it represents. We need leaders who stand for this country—not just in words, but in action. Leaders who are unafraid to put America first, not last.
Because if our own leaders won’t stand with America—who will?
